How PUBLiSH Helped Bring a Master-Planned Farming & Beach Community to Life on Instagram
Developed by Century Group, Southlands Tsawwassen is a master planned beach community rooted in farming and food. PUBLiSH was tasked with increasing awareness on Southlands Instagram through strategic and engaging content that would showcase the project’s blend of coastal living and sustainable farming.
We wanted the social feed to capture Southlands’ unique lifestyle at a glance, from its charming homes to the abundance of farmland, proximity to the beach, and wide range of on-site amenities. This required thoughtful creative direction of photography and videography, including video footage optimized for Reels. We also implemented a strategic boosting plan to get the content in front of new audiences.
Between May 2022 and October 2023, our strategies helped grow Southlands’ followers by 1,769 new accounts, average monthly impressions increased from 30k to 200k, and the Reels we produced received over 313k views.
In Q3 2023 alone, Southlands’ Instagram account received 547k impressions, 3.7k content interactions, gained 237 new followers, and received 543 organic link taps. Our boosted posts drove an additional 8.8k clicks for an average CPC of $0.46.
