Our objectives for the Bassano campaign centered around maximizing visibility for the project launch in the vibrant Brentwood area, engaging a diverse demographic through tailored media strategies, and driving substantial traffic to the Bassano website to boost inquiries and sales conversions. Additionally, we aimed to solidify Bassano's brand association with luxury and Italian craftsmanship, leveraging a mix of digital, print, and multilingual media to achieve broad coverage.

Strategy

The strategy involved a targeted approach across several platforms. We launched a sophisticated paid category campaign tailored to resonate with the desired demographic profiles and initiated multilingual marketing efforts in Chinese and Korean to ensure cultural alignment and deeper market saturation. Strategic sponsored content partnerships with key real estate and lifestyle publications helped elevate the project's profile. High-impact print ads were placed in premium outlets to attract a traditionally inclined demographic, complemented by a strong digital CPM (cost per mile) and display ad strategy to optimize reach and effectiveness. Key components included:

The effectiveness of our campaign is reflected in the impressive number of people who visited the Bassano website, driven by curiosity and interest sparked by our ads. Specifically, the click-through rate (CTR) averaged 0.13% monthly, with over 1.5 million impressions and well over 2,000 clicks. These metrics demonstrate our success in capturing the attention of potential buyers and effectively engaging them through our targeted advertisements.
